Jenji was acquired by Silae in September 2022.

Silae imagines and designs innovative digital payroll solutions combined with HR solutions, for the benefit of social synergy and increased performance.
This document is applicable to Silae's public website.
It does not apply to Silae's solutions and applications, which are accessible by customers with their own access and passwords.

What information do we collect?

We collect standard personal data (surname, first name, postcode, address, e-mail, title, telephone number).

Why do we collect this information?

This data is collected in order to respond to requests for information. This data is collected on the basis of consent.

To whom is your data disclosed?

These data are passed on to our sales department.

Is your data transferred outside the EU?

These data are not transmitted outside the EU.

What rights do you have?

You have all your rights (right of access, rectification and deletion, right to data portability, right to limit and object to the processing of data, right not to be subject to a decision based exclusively on an automated process, right to determine the fate of data after death, right to appeal to the competent supervisory authority).

5. OBLIGATIONS OF THE DATA CONTROLLER

The data controller undertakes to protect the personal data collected, not to transmit them to third parties without the user's knowledge, and to respect the purposes for which the data was collected.
The site has an SSL certificate to guarantee that the information and the transfer of data passing through the site are secure.
An SSL certificate ('Secure Socket Layer' Certificate) is intended to secure the data exchanged between the user and the site.
Furthermore, the data controller undertakes to notify the user in the event of rectification, unless this would entail disproportionate formalities, costs, and steps for the user.
In the event that the integrity, confidentiality, or security of the user's personal data is compromised, the data controller undertakes to inform the user by any means.

ARTICLE 5: USER RIGHTS

In accordance with the regulations on the processing of personal data, the user has the following rights.
In order for the data controller to comply with the user's request, the user is obliged to provide the data controller with his/her first and last name as well as his/her email address.
The data controller is obliged to respond to the user within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days.

PRESENTATION OF USER RIGHTS IN TERMS OF DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING

a. Right of access, correction, and deletion

The user can read, update, modify or request the deletion of the data concerning him/her, by contacting the DPO.

b. Right to data portability

The user has the right to request the portability of his/her personal data, held by the site, to another site, by contacting the DPO.

c. The right to restrict data processing

The user has the right to request the limitation of, or to object to the processing of, his/her data by the site, without the site being able to refuse, unless it can be shown that there are legitimate and compelling reasons, which may override the interests and rights and freedoms of the user.

In order to request the limitation of the processing of his/her data or to formulate an objection to the processing of his/her data, the user must contact the DPO.

d. Right not to be the subject of a decision based exclusively on automated processing

e. Right to determine the future of data after death

Users are reminded that they can organize what should happen to their collected and processed data following their death, in accordance with Law No 2016-1321 of 7 October 2016.

f. Right to refer matters to the competent supervisory authority

In the event that the data controller decides not to respond to the user's request, and the user wishes to contest this decision, or if he/she believes that one of the rights listed above has been infringed, he/she is entitled to refer the matter to the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés, https://www.cnil.fr) or any competent judge.
