Expense Management Survey 

In the second half of 2021, Jenji conducted a survey on expense management practices and changes in the Asia-Pacific region (APAC).

The survey received 280 responses, 57% of which were from accountants, controllers and managers with direct insight into their company’s expense practices. A further 28.6% of respondents were of the rank of director or higher, with decision-making capacities in their organisations

While the survey was distributed across APAC, most responses came from Singapore, China,Thailand and the Philippines.

270 out of 280 responses (96%) came from companies with 1000 or fewer employees, giving us a deep insight into the practices and needs of SMEs.
